Each layered tray contains 3 each of the Cinnamon Swirl, Blueberry, Raspberry Square, Apple Coronet, Maple Pecan Plait. All made with 24 layers of light and flaky Danish pastry and supplied Ready Glazed for a premium sweet finish. Delivered fully baked and wrapped, ready to thaw & serve. Perfect for an outlet that doesn’t have the time to bake off or without an oven but still wants to offer a quality danish pastry offer and upsell with a hot drink for a café, coffee shop, restaurant, hotel or for catering.

Storage & Handling

At -18°C or colder. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.

Ready to serve after thawing. Thaw for 90 minutes. Products to be consumed within 24 hours of thawing. To re-heat, place thawed product in 180°C oven for 90 seconds.
